About role
The Head Barista leads our café’s coffee experience, ensuring every cup meets the highest standards of quality and flavor. They oversee daily operations at the espresso bar, train and mentor the barista team, and maintain consistency across all brewing methods. This role combines technical expertise, creativity, and customer service. The Head Barista curates specialty drinks and experiments with new coffee recipes.
Responsibilities
Oversee all coffee preparation processes to ensure consistently high-quality drinks, rich flavor, exceptional taste, and unmatched satisfaction in every single cup.
Train, mentor, and manage the barista team, fostering skill development, teamwork, creativity, passion, and professional growth across all staff members.
Curate and develop specialty coffee recipes, seasonal drinks, innovative menu offerings, unique presentations, and elevated experiences for all café guests.
Maintain and monitor equipment, ensuring proper operation, cleanliness, timely maintenance, flawless performance, and long-lasting reliability for all brewing machines and tools.
Collaborate with coffee roasters and suppliers to select premium beans, explore new origins, innovate brewing methods, and stay updated on global industry trends.
